Shtivel required a fully automated bag palletizing solution with integrated quality control. As the industrial automation integrator Israel food producers rely on, Xpert Robotics designed and built a complete line: bags arrive on a conveyor, pass through ironing for homogeneous flour distribution, then through a custom high-accuracy weight conveyor for 100% weighing. A Mesutronic metal detector ensures food safety. The FANUC R-2000iC/125L robot picks and palletizes each bag. Xpert Robotics also designed and built a custom pallet dispensing system that provides empty pallets on demand, plus a 3-pallet output buffer — when a pallet is full, it automatically exits to the output conveyor buffer.
